Claims Gate is pleased to be working with Mishcon de Reya LLP

Group Actions

Mishcon de Reya has been instructed by Jen McAdams, a well-known UK-based advocate for OneCoin victims and author of the book "Devil's Coin", to assist in a legal claim set to be filed in the High Court.

This claim aims to represent OneCoin investors who have suffered financial losses due to the fraudulent cryptocurrency scheme.

The OneCoin operation is estimated to have defrauded investors worldwide of over $4 billion, falsely marketing itself as a genuine cryptocurrency while functioning as a Ponzi scheme.

Investors who suspect they have fallen victim to the OneCoin fraud are encouraged to register for the claim via the dedicated website and claimant portal, built by Claims Gate: https://www.onecoinvictims.com.

Upon registration, investors will be prompted to answer preliminary questions about their OneCoin investments, including the provision of identity verification documents, in compliance with English Court regulations. Prospective claimants are not required to reside in England and Wales to register.

Prior to formal inclusion in the claimant group, prospective claimants will be provided with comprehensive information outlining the terms of their involvement in the legal proceedings. This will encompass details on the funding arrangement, the apportionment of any financial recoveries, and the dynamics between themselves and other group members.

Mishcon de Reya is an independent law firm, which now employs over 1300 people with more than 630 lawyers offering a wide range of legal services to companies and individuals. The firm has grown rapidly in recent years, showing more than 40% revenue growth in the past five years alone.

With presence in London, Oxford, Cambridge, Singapore and Hong Kong (through its association with Karas So LLP), the firm services an international community of clients and provides advice in situations where the constraints of geography often do not apply.
